This position emphasizes the use of AI-assisted development tools to accelerate financial process analysis, configuration, documentation, and troubleshooting within SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. You will contribute to integration, quality delivery, and AI-enabled productivity, without needing deep model development or advanced LLM/RAG engineering expertise.

Configure and enhance core SAP FI components, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and Financial Closing. Translate business requirements into scalable SAP configurations, utilizing AI copilots to streamline analysis and documentation. Support the entire delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare. Integrate SAP FI with other SAP modules (MM, SD, CO, AA) and external systems using standard integration patterns and APIs. Utilize AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating configurations, generating test scripts, performing impact analysis, and creating documentation. Apply pre-built AI services, such as anomaly detection and intelligent validations, to enhance finance processes. Employ AI tools for financial data interpretation, error diagnosis, and faster issue resolution. Ensure adherence to SDLC, audit controls, finance governance, data accuracy, and system performance standards. Conduct workshops, solution walkthroughs, testing cycles, and troubleshooting sessions, leveraging AI-enhanced insights. Collaborate effectively with finance users, functional teams, technical teams, and cross-module stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Contribute to the development of reusable templates, checklists, documentation patterns, and best practices for AI-assisted development.

A strong understanding of SAP FI S/4HANA processes is essential, including the Universal Journal, Financial Closing & Reporting, AP/AR Processing, Asset Accounting (AA), Banking & Cash Management, and Taxation compliance. Demonstrate experience integrating SAP FI with CO, MM, and SD modules. Possess hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-based assistants, automated documentation tools, and AI-driven testing tools. Have a foundational understanding of AI concepts, limitations, responsible AI usage, and the practical application of pre-built AI services. Be proficient in using AI for analysis, validation, test generation, workflow optimization, and issue resolution. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in finance processes and data. Possess clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams. Be able to translate business requirements into well-structured SAP finance solutions. A continuous learning mindset and comfort adopting AI-enabled workflows are crucial.
