Configure and optimize core SAP Materials Management (MM) processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Purchase Order Management, Vendor Management, and Inventory Management. Leverage AI copilots to generate functional specifications, validate configuration logic, create robust test cases, and automate documentation processes. Support the complete project lifecycle from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare. Facilitate seamless integration between MM modules and other SAP modules (SD, FI, PP, QM) as well as external systems using standard APIs and middleware. Apply AI tools to expedite requirement interpretation, process design, data validation, and error diagnostics within procurement and inventory workflows. Enhance MM operations through the integration of pre-built AI services, such as automated classification of documents or predictive signals for potential issues. Ensure adherence to procurement governance, audit policies, and material master standards. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including procurement, finance, and production to deliver integrated MM solutions. Possess a strong understanding of SAP MM processes, including P2P flows, vendor evaluation, and inventory management. Demonstrate experience in configuring material master, vendor master, purchase orders, goods movements, and release strategies. Familiarity with integrations across SAP SD, FI, PP, and QM modules is essential. Exhibit hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-powered documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing accelerators.
