Transform business needs into effective Salesforce implementations. Design and develop high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code following best practices. Uphold the quality and integrity of our applications. Create and maintain essential technical documentation, including user guides and design documents. Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and debugging. Participate actively in code reviews to uphold best practices for current and new Salesforce solutions. Demonstrate a solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, including standard and custom objects, relationships, and fields. Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce features and functionalities, recommending best practices to enhance existing implementations. Adhere strictly to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write/maintain test classes for all custom development. Collaborate with the Salesforce Administrator to validate business requirements and assess considerations such as security, scalability, and system limits.

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a software engineering role is required, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce Development. Possess a proven track record as a Salesforce developer, including a deep understanding of the platform, its architecture, and limitations. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and proactively. Experience with web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery is beneficial. Familiarity with DevOps and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) processes is advantageous. Knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud or other collaboration tools is a plus. Experience working with large data sets and implementing bulkification techniques is important. Excellent collaboration and communication skills are essential for effectively interfacing with business stakeholders and other Salesforce team members. Proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio, Salesforce Lightning Design System, and the Salesforce development lifecycle is expected. Experience working on Synchronous and Asynchronous processes is necessary. Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer I or II, App Builder, or Administrator, are preferred.
