As a webMethods Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to expertly manage, maintain, optimize, and upgrade the IBM webMethods Integration platform. You should possess practical experience in webMethods installation, migration, product upgrades, configuration, and overall platform support.

- Install, configure, and administer a range of webMethods products, including IS, MWS, BPMS, TN, UM, Deployer, Command Central, and API Gateway. - Configure and manage webMethods components effectively. - Collaborate with and lead teams to achieve project goals. - Participate in server tuning and optimization to ensure platform scalability. - Oversee certificate renewals, encryption standards, user access controls, and audit compliance. - Support security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability remediation efforts.

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experience is required for this position. Candidates must possess proficiency in IBM webMethods and experience with integrating and orchestrating services using webMethods middleware. A solid understanding of middleware technologies and enterprise service bus concepts is essential. The ability to troubleshoot and optimize the performance of distributed systems is also a key requirement. Familiarity with agile software development lifecycles and continuous integration practices is beneficial. A full-time education spanning 15 years is a prerequisite.
