This role focuses on developing custom software solutions by designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems and applications. AI-powered productivity is a key aspect, enabling accelerated financial process analysis, configuration, documentation, test creation, and troubleshooting. The role centers on integration, ensuring high-quality delivery, and boosting productivity through AI, without requiring deep model development or advanced LLM/RAG engineering.

Key responsibilities involve the functional and technical delivery of SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting capabilities. This includes configuring and enhancing core SAP FI components such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and Financial Closing.

You will translate business requirements into scalable SAP configurations, utilizing AI copilots to expedite analysis and documentation. The role supports end-to-end delivery, encompassing requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare. Integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, CO, AA) and external systems using standard patterns/APIs is also a crucial part of the job.

AI-assisted productivity tools will be instrumental in drafting functional specifications, validating configuration, generating test scripts, performing impact analysis, and creating documentation. You will also apply pre-built AI services for anomaly detection, forecasting, and intelligent validations to enhance finance processes. Furthermore, AI tools will be used for financial data interpretation, error diagnosis, and faster issue resolution.

Emphasis will be placed on quality, governance, and collaboration. This includes ensuring compliance with SDLC, audit controls, finance governance, data accuracy, and system performance standards. You will conduct workshops, solution walkthroughs, testing cycles, and troubleshooting sessions, enhanced by AI insights. Collaboration with finance users, functional teams, technical teams, and cross-module stakeholders is vital for delivering aligned, high-quality solutions. Contributing to reusable templates, checklists, documentation patterns, and AI-assisted development best practices is also expected.

A strong understanding of SAP FI S/4HANA processes is essential, covering the Universal Journal, Financial Closing & Reporting, AP/AR Processing, Asset Accounting, Banking & Cash Management, and Taxation and compliance. Experience integrating FI with CO, MM, and SD modules is required.

This role demands hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-based assistants, automated documentation tools, and AI-driven testing. A foundational understanding of AI concepts, including its limitations, responsible usage, and the practical application of pre-built AI services (excluding model training, RAG, or agentic development), is necessary. The ability to leverage AI for analysis, validation, test generation, workflow optimization, and issue resolution is critical.

General skills include robust analytical and problem-solving abilities related to finance processes and data. Clear communication skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams are important. The ability to translate business requirements into well-structured SAP finance solutions is a key requirement. A continuous learning mindset, coupled with comfort in adopting AI-enabled workflows, is also expected.

Additionally, a minimum of 3 years of experience is required, and all candidates must have completed 15 years of full-time education.
