We are seeking a forward-thinking Custom Software Engineer with an AI-first mindset. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying intelligent frameworks leveraging Generative AI and Agentic AI within SAP platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business functions and a passion for AI innovation. You will have rich experience in delivering enterprise-grade technology solutions using GenAI and Agentic AI frameworks.

This position requires conceptualizing and implementing AI-driven enhancements to traditional SAP processes, driving the next generation of enterprise automation and intelligence. The role offers an opportunity to build software that powers change and empowers people.

Engage in the end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled projects, from requirement gathering and solution design to implementation, testing, and business adoption.

Visualize innovative solutions leveraging GenAI & Agentic architecture and cutting-edge technologies from SAP and other providers, acting as a Subject Matter Expert.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment between technical AI concepts and business goals.

Participate actively in team discussions, contribute to problem-solving, and ensure the quality and performance of applications through testing and debugging. Document application processes and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.

A minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience is required, with at least 3 years specifically in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.

Demonstrated hands-on experience with Generative AI (LLMs, embeddings, vector databases) and Agentic AI applications (multi-agent systems, planning, reasoning) through project implementations is essential.

Strong fundamental knowledge of the AI lifecycle, data analysis, statistical concepts of ML algorithms, Neural Networks, and Natural Language Processing is expected.

A solid grasp of prompt engineering, AI evaluation frameworks, and value realization in AI projects is also required. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices, with experience in integrating SAP systems with other business applications.
