This Custom Software Engineer role focuses on developing tailored software solutions. You will design, code, and enhance application components using modern frameworks and agile methodologies to create scalable and high-performing systems that meet specific business requirements.

The position involves a daily cycle of designing, building, and configuring applications to address unique business processes and application needs. A strategic approach to understanding project-specific requirements and translating them into effective software is essential. Collaboration with diverse teams ensures that developed applications align with organizational objectives and offer smooth functionality. Continuous adaptation to evolving business demands is a key aspect, driving innovation and efficiency.

Engage with clients to gather detailed IT landscape requirements. Collaborate with Project Managers and Solution Architects to propose and implement infrastructural best practices. Assess existing customer infrastructure and hardware to recommend enhancements. Design and document the integration of 3DEXPERIENCE components within the broader IT ecosystem. Deploy, operate, and maintain the DS 3DEXPERIENCE platform within customer IT environments.

A minimum of 2 years of professional experience is required. Must possess expertise in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5. Experience with the deployment, installation, and configuration of 3DEXPERIENCE platforms, specifically 2019x or newer (e.g., 2020x). Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell, SQL, MQL, TCL, ANT, Ansible, and YAML. Experience configuring and integrating SAML/LDAP with 3DEXPERIENCE. Prior experience in networking, load balancing, and performance tuning of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. Familiarity with operating system installation and administration (Windows, Linux) is advantageous. Experience configuring and setting up Apache and TomEE application servers. Demonstrated experience in 3DEXPERIENCE installation and upgrades from version 2019 onwards. Knowledge of DevOps tools like Ansible, source code management, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus. Understanding of deployment, platform administration, and maintenance. Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Minimum 4+ years of dedicated experience in 3DExperience Installation, administration, and deployment is highly preferred. Outstanding communication and collaboration skills are essential. Strong team management abilities and the capacity to work effectively with peers. A 15-year full-time education is a mandatory requirement.
