We are seeking a Custom Software Engineer to develop innovative SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) solutions. This role involves designing, configuring, and enhancing SD processes, leveraging AI-assisted development tools to accelerate tasks like requirement analysis, configuration, testing, and documentation. You will focus on delivering efficient Order to Cash (O2C) solutions, integrating pre-built AI services to boost productivity.

This position offers an opportunity to work with modern frameworks and agile practices, contributing to scalable, high-performing software tailored for specific business needs. A strong understanding of SAP SD is essential, complemented by a forward-thinking approach to adopting AI-enabled tools.

Configure and optimize core SAP SD components, including Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, and Credit Management. Utilize AI copilots to expedite the creation of functional specifications, validation of pricing logic, generation of test cases, and preparation of documentation. Support full implementation cycles from requirements gathering and solution design through to post-go-live support. Integrate SD modules with MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and external systems using standard APIs and middleware.

Apply AI-enabled tools to accelerate process analysis, pricing issue diagnostics, impact analysis, and test planning/execution. Incorporate pre-built AI features into SD workflows, such as automated exception detection and intelligent order classification. Leverage LLM-assisted troubleshooting to reduce incident resolution times. Ensure solutions comply with organizational SDLC practices and audit controls. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end O2C alignment.

Requires a minimum of 3 years of professional experience, with a focus on SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) expertise. A strong grasp of O2C processes, including order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, credit checks, and pricing procedures, is vital. Experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations, as well as knowledge of master data, IDocs, and common SD troubleshooting steps, is expected.

Demonstrated experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing/analysis is crucial. The ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SD process flows, not develop custom AI models, is a key requirement. Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effectively translate business requirements into SAP SD configurations, and exhibit excellent communication and collaboration abilities with stakeholders.
