Engage in a dynamic work environment as a Custom Software Engineer. You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing diverse application components for various clients. This role involves actively contributing to the successful implementation of software solutions, alongside performing essential maintenance and enhancements to existing applications. The focus is on delivering high-quality code and ensuring client requirements are met efficiently.

Expected to work independently and become a subject matter expert. Participate actively and contribute to team discussions. Provide effective solutions to work-related challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Conduct thorough code reviews to uphold best practices and coding standards.

Requires a strong proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition. A solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles is essential. Experience with web application frameworks such as Spring or JavaServer Faces is beneficial. Familiarity with database management systems and SQL is expected. Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum, is advantageous. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition is mandatory. A 15-year full-time education is a requirement for this position.
