Lead technical design and architecture discussions, adopting best engineering practices and identifying necessary design patterns.

Execute on AI integration across the product suite, including Generative AI, NLP, and predictive analytics.

Design, develop, code hands-on, and maintain software solutions using modern object-oriented languages such as C#, Java, or Go.

Create comprehensive test scenarios and develop/execute automated tests.

Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, including product management and architecture, ensuring effective communication and alignment.

Utilize code reviews to uphold code quality, performance, and maintainability, while also facilitating mentoring opportunities.

Champion continuous improvement by driving engineering excellence, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing feedback loops for enhanced code quality, team productivity, and system reliability.

A Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required.

Possess 8+ years of software development and testing experience, with a minimum of 3 years focused on Cloud Native SaaS applications.

Experience with major cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP is essential, along with an understanding of Infrastructure as Code concepts.

Proficiency in object-oriented and modern programming languages (C#, Java, Go) is expected, alongside a solid understanding of software design patterns. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Open API design, and database technologies (RDBMS, NoSQL) is crucial.

Demonstrated experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka, Pulsar) is necessary. Experience in designing and implementing scalable test automation strategies using modern frameworks and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines is also key.

Experience designing and delivering AI solutions, with a focus on Generative AI and LLMs, is highly valued. Understanding of security best practices and frameworks is important, as are strong problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
