Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer focused on Packaged Application Development. This full-time role involves designing, coding, and enhancing software components using modern frameworks and agile methodologies. You will deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Leverage AI-assisted development tools and copilots to accelerate various project phases, including requirement analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, and problem resolution. Your focus will be on streamlining procurement and inventory management while integrating pre-built AI capabilities to enhance productivity. This position does not require deep expertise in LLM development, RAG, or agentic AI systems.

Configure and optimize SAP Materials Management (MM) processes, encompassing Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Purchase Requisition/Order Management, Source List & Quota Arrangements, Vendor Management, Inventory Management, Material Master Data, and Release Strategies.

Utilize AI copilots to generate functional specifications, validate configuration logic, create high-quality test cases, and automate documentation. Support end-to-end delivery, from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and hypercare.

Integrate MM with SD, FI, PP, QM, and external supplier systems using standard APIs, IDocs, and middleware. Apply AI tools to accelerate requirement interpretation, data validation, error diagnostics, test creation, and document generation. Integrate pre-built AI services to enhance MM operations, such as automated classification and predictive signals.

A strong foundation in SAP MM expertise is essential, including a deep understanding of P2P processes, purchasing document flows, vendor evaluation, and inventory management. You should have experience configuring material master, vendor master, PO/PR processing, goods movements, and release strategies.

Familiarity with integration across SD, FI, PP, and QM, as well as knowledge of IDocs, outputs, pricing procedures, and common MM troubleshooting patterns is required.

Demonstrate hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-powered documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing accelerators. The ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into MM workflows is crucial. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP MM configurations and exhibit clear communication and collaboration skills. A continuous learning mindset and comfort with adopting AI-enabled productivity tools are highly valued.
