This role focuses on developing custom software solutions within SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. You will leverage modern frameworks and agile practices to design, code, and enhance components, delivering scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. The position emphasizes AI-assisted development tools and copilots to accelerate financial process analysis, configuration, documentation, testing, and troubleshooting, driving integration and quality delivery.

Key responsibilities include configuring and enhancing core SAP FI components such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and Financial Closing. You will translate business requirements into scalable SAP configurations, utilizing AI copilots for accelerated analysis and documentation. Support will be provided for end-to-end delivery, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare. Integration of SAP FI with other SAP modules (MM, SD, CO, AA) and external systems via standard patterns/APIs is crucial. AI copilots will be used for drafting functional specifications, validating configuration, generating test scripts, performing impact analysis, and creating documentation. Additionally, apply pre-built AI services for finance process enhancement and use AI tools for financial data interpretation and error diagnosis.

A strong understanding of SAP FI S/4HANA processes is essential, including the Universal Journal, Financial Closing & Reporting, AP/AR Processing, Asset Accounting, Banking & Cash Management, and Taxation and compliance. Experience integrating FI with CO, MM, and SD modules is required. Hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-based assistants, automated documentation, and AI-driven testing tools is necessary. A solid understanding of AI concepts, limitations, responsible AI usage, and the practical application of pre-built AI services (excluding model training, RAG, or agentic development) is expected. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in finance processes and data, clear communication skills for collaboration with business and technical teams, and the ability to translate business requirements into well-structured SAP finance solutions. A continuous learning mindset and comfort with adopting AI-enabled workflows are also important.
