- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management is essential. - Proficient understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing scalable software components. - Proven ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Familiarity with integration techniques and API development within the ServiceNow platform is required. - A foundational education of 15 years of full-time study is a prerequisite.
