We are seeking a dynamic Mid-Level Application Architect/Senior Developer with a strong focus on hands-on development and practical solution design. The ideal candidate will possess robust experience in .NET Core, MVC, and Python, coupled with working knowledge of front-end technologies like React or Angular. A foundational understanding of AI integration is also expected.
This role emphasizes active coding, solution implementation, and collaboration across application development, infrastructure, and integration within multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). The goal is to deliver scalable, secure enterprise applications that drive innovation and efficiency.
Engage in hands-on coding for application development, testing, and deployment, crafting clean, efficient code in .NET Core (C#, ASP.NET) and Python for backend systems, while contributing to front-end development with React or Angular.
Partner with senior architects to design scalable, cloud-native application architectures that prioritize performance, maintainability, and seamless integration across multi-cloud platforms.
Build and maintain integrations utilizing APIs, microservices, and event-driven patterns like REST, GraphQL, Kafka, or message queues.
Develop and deploy applications across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, ensuring portability and optimizing for both cost and performance.
Implement practical AI features, such as automation or basic analytics, leveraging cloud-based AI services or frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Collaborate with DevOps teams on containerized solutions (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines, using IaC tools such as Terraform or BiCep.
Ensure applications meet stringent performance and security standards through code reviews, comprehensive testing, and adherence to best practices.
Work closely with developers, product managers, and infrastructure teams, translating requirements into technical implementations and offering hands-on support and mentorship.
Continuously stay updated on full-stack development trends, cloud technologies, and AI advancements to foster innovative solution development.
Possess 5 to 12 years of extensive hands-on experience in full-stack development, including at least 2 years in a lead developer or junior architect role focused on application-heavy systems.
Demonstrate proven experience in building and deploying solutions within multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Exhibit strong proficiency in .NET and Python for backend development.
Acquire hands-on experience with leading front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or similar.
Show basic exposure to AI/ML integration, potentially through cloud AI services (e.g., Azure Open AI, Azure Foundry, AWS SageMaker) or simple ML frameworks.
Gain practical experience with integration patterns (e.g., REST APIs, message queues) and microservices architecture.
Be familiar with infrastructure tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC (e.g., Terraform, BiCep).
Have experience with cloud-native services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus).
Possess working knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools.
Understand secure coding practices and basic enterprise security standards (e.g., IAM, encryption).
Exhibit strong debugging and problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on approach.
Communicate clearly to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrate the ability to balance hands-on coding with contributions to architectural design.
Show an eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, frameworks, and cloud technologies.
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
