Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer, focusing on developing innovative SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting solutions. This role leverages modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performance software tailored to specific business needs. You'll utilize AI-assisted development tools and copilots to enhance financial process analysis, configuration, documentation, and troubleshooting, aiming for integration and quality delivery.

Key responsibilities include configuring and enhancing core SAP FI components such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Asset Accounting. You will translate business requirements into scalable SAP configurations using AI copilots, supporting end-to-end delivery from requirements gathering to hypercare. Integrating SAP FI with other SAP modules and external systems is also a core part of this role.

Furthermore, you will employ AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating configurations, generating test scripts, and performing impact analysis. Applying pre-built AI services for anomaly detection and intelligent validations will also be crucial.

Ensuring compliance with SDLC, audit controls, and finance governance standards is paramount. This involves conducting workshops, solution walkthroughs, and troubleshooting sessions using AI-enhanced insights. Collaboration with finance users, functional teams, and cross-module stakeholders is essential for delivering high-quality solutions.

A strong foundation in SAP FI S/4HANA processes, including the Universal Journal, Financial Closing & Reporting, AP/AR Processing, Asset Accounting, Banking & Cash Management, and Taxation is required. Experience integrating FI with CO, MM, and SD modules is also necessary.

Candidates should possess hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-based assistants, automated documentation tools, and AI-driven testing. A practical understanding of AI concepts, responsible AI usage, and the application of pre-built AI services is expected.
