This role focuses on creating efficient Order to Cash (O2C) solutions, integrating pre-built AI services where beneficial, and improving productivity through AI-enabled assistance, rather than deep AI model development.

Leverage AI-powered tech talent to design, configure, and enhance SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) processes. Accelerate requirement analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting using AI-assisted development tools and copilots.

Configure and optimize SAP SD components, including order management, pricing, delivery, billing, credit management, and returns. Employ AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating pricing logic, automating test case generation, and accelerating documentation.

Support end-to-end implementation cycles from requirements gathering to post-go-live support. Integrate SD with MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and external systems. Apply AI-enabled tools to accelerate process analysis, pricing diagnostics, impact analysis, and test planning.

Incorporate pre-built AI features into SD workflows, such as automated exception detection and intelligent order classification. Utilize LLM-assisted troubleshooting during incidents to reduce resolution time. Ensure solutions adhere to organizational SDLC practices, audit controls, and compliance requirements.

A strong understanding of SAP SD processes and O2C workflows, including order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, credit checks, and pricing procedures, is essential. Experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations, cross-module dependencies, and master data management is required.

Demonstrate hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing/analysis. Possess the ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SD process flows, understanding responsible AI usage and limitations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are crucial for translating business requirements into scalable SAP SD configurations and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
