Configure and optimize SAP CRM Sales functions including Opportunity & Pipeline Management, Lead Management & Territory Management, Activities, Tasks & Interactions, Quotation Management & Order Capture, and Partner Determination, Pricing, and Actions. Utilize AI copilots to generate functional specifications, validate configuration logic, automate test case creation, and streamline documentation. Conduct end-to-end CRM delivery, from requirements gathering to hypercare support. Integrate CRM with ECC/S4 (SD, FI), third-party sales platforms, middleware, and customer-facing applications.

Apply AI copilots for requirement summarization, pipeline data interpretation, impact analysis, automated documentation, and test script generation. Leverage pre-built AI capabilities for lead scoring, automated summarization of customer interactions, classification of sales tickets, and duplicate detection. Employ LLM-assisted troubleshooting to reduce time spent resolving defects and configuration inconsistencies. Ensure alignment with SDLC processes, sales governance rules, and data protection guidelines. Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth end-to-end processes and contribute to reusable CRM templates and best practices.

Required skills include strong hands-on experience with SAP CRM Sales functionalities such as opportunities, leads, quotations, pricing, partner processing, and actions. A solid understanding of CRM middleware, BDOC flows, and integration with ERP for pricing, availability, and order processing is essential. Familiarity with customer master data, business partner roles, organizational models, and transaction processing is also key.

AI readiness is crucial, with experience using AI copilots, automated documentation accelerators, and AI-assisted test or configuration validation tools. Ability to adopt and embed pre-built AI services into CRM workflows for insights and automation is necessary, along with an understanding of responsible AI practices, data privacy, and AI limitations. General professional skills encompass strong problem-solving and analytical abilities in customer/sales processes, clear communication and stakeholder management, and a continuous learning mindset comfortable with AI-supported tools. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience is required, and 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
