Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer and play a pivotal role in designing, coding, and enhancing software components across diverse systems and applications. You'll leverage modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions perfectly tailored to meet specific business requirements.

This role emphasizes hands-on development and problem-solving to create robust software that drives innovation and efficiency for our clients.

Design, implement, and optimize control system architectures, including DCS, PLC, and SCADA, to meet plant and business needs. Develop and maintain software for PLCs, DCS, SCADA, historian systems, and middleware, ensuring code quality through reviews and version control. Commission and troubleshoot control system issues, providing rapid support when necessary. Implement and secure industrial communication networks like PROFINET and OPC UA. Adhere to ISA/IEC standards for functional safety and develop comprehensive project documentation. Participate in root cause analysis for downtime events and lead CAPA activities. Mentor junior engineers and guide cross-functional teams.

A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation and OT/Control Systems engineering is essential. Proficiency in PLC programming languages (IEC 61131-3) and experience with major PLC and HMI/SCADA platforms are required. Solid understanding of industrial protocols, network implementation, and troubleshooting across electrical and control domains. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are vital for collaborating with stakeholders and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant engineering fields such as Electrical, Automation/Control, or Instrumentation Engineering is necessary.
