We are seeking a Senior Smartsheet & Power BI Developer to design, build, and refine enterprise-wide Smartsheet solutions and Power BI analytics platforms. This role is pivotal in automating workflows, boosting collaboration, enhancing project management, and delivering crucial business insights. You will be instrumental in creating executive-grade dashboards, integrating Smartsheet with Power BI, and empowering data-driven decisions through advanced reporting and system integrations.

Key responsibilities include developing scalable Smartsheet solutions using Sheets, Workspaces, Reports, Forms, Dashboards, and WorkApps. You will automate workflows for approvals and notifications, build cross-sheet references, and configure Dynamic Views and WorkApps for personalized user experiences. Additionally, you will design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, create complex data models with DAX measures, and develop executive-level visualizations for project health, financial metrics, and operational performance. Integration of Smartsheet data with Power BI, developing data ingestion processes, and creating consolidated reporting solutions are also core functions. The role involves developing integrations using Smartsheet APIs and Power Automate, connecting Smartsheet with the Microsoft ecosystem, and troubleshooting performance issues.

Candidates should possess expertise in Smartsheet functionalities such as Sheets, Workspaces, Reports, Dashboards, Forms, Workflows, Dynamic Views, WorkApps, and Pivot App. Proficiency in Smartsheet formulas like VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, COUNTIF, SUMIFS, and nested IF statements is essential. For Power BI, strong skills in Dashboard & Report Development, Data Modeling, DAX Measures, Power Query (M Language), Dataflows, Row-Level Security (RLS), Performance Optimization, and Workspace Administration are required. Experience with API integrations and working within the Microsoft ecosystem is also necessary. Candidates must be available for shift 'B' support until 11 AM PST and adhere to a mandatory 5-day return-to-office policy in Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, or Bangalore.
