Facilitating knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team is crucial to enhance overall performance. A strong proficiency in React.js, coupled with a solid understanding of component-based architecture and state management, is essential. Experience with front-end build tools and version control systems is expected.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming is required. The ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code is a must. A minimum of 5 years of experience in React.js is necessary for this position. A 15-year full-time education is also a requirement.
