As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be expected to operate independently and grow into a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Active participation and contribution in team discussions are crucial. Responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing existing applications for improved performance and user experience, documenting development processes, and mentoring junior team members.

This role requires a strong proficiency in SAP UI5 Development, coupled with experience in JavaScript frameworks and libraries relevant to SAP UI5. A solid understanding of front-end development principles and responsive design techniques is essential. Familiarity with agile software development practices and version control systems is expected. The ability to efficiently troubleshoot and debug complex software issues, along with knowledge of integrating SAP UI5 applications with backend services and APIs, will be key. A minimum of 3 years of dedicated SAP UI5 Development experience is required, along with 15 years of full-time education.
