We are seeking a Custom Software Engineer to design, build, and configure applications aligning with specific business process and application requirements. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to define needs, develop innovative software solutions, and ensure seamless integration with business objectives. You will also play a key role in testing and validation to guarantee application quality and functionality, while actively seeking avenues for continuous improvement and innovation.

- Take ownership of tasks, developing into a Subject Matter Expert (SME). - Actively participate and contribute to team discussions and problem-solving. - Assist in documenting application requirements and specifications. - Engage in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to colleagues. - Independently contribute solutions to work-related challenges.

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Functional Test Planning is essential. - Demonstrated proficiency in Functional Test Planning. - Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. - Familiarity with various testing frameworks and tools. - Ability to create comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases. - Experience with defect tracking and management systems. - Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required. - This position is based in our Pune office.
