As an independent contributor and Subject Matter Expert, actively participate in team discussions and contribute to problem-solving by providing effective solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to thoroughly analyze application requirements. Assist in the comprehensive documentation of application designs and configurations for future reference.

Provide support and knowledge sharing to junior team members, guiding them in their development. Continuously monitor application performance, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting enhancements.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience, with a strong command of Apache JMeter being essential. Experience with Generative AI is considered a valuable asset.

A solid understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices is expected. You should be proficient in developing and executing test plans and scripts to validate application performance.

Familiarity with analyzing test results to pinpoint bottlenecks or issues is important. Experience integrating testing tools within CI/CD pipelines is also beneficial.
