Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer, focusing on SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). This role involves designing, coding, and enhancing components across systems, leveraging modern frameworks and agile practices. You will deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs, with a strong emphasis on SAP SD processes and AI-assisted development tools.

Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing productivity, speeding up requirement analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting. The focus is on delivering efficient Order to Cash (O2C) solutions by integrating pre-built AI services, rather than developing complex AI models.

Configure and optimize SAP SD components, including order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and credit management. Utilize AI copilots to accelerate the creation of functional specifications, validate pricing logic, and automate test case generation.

Support end-to-end implementation cycles, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support. Integrate SAP SD with other modules like MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and external systems. Apply AI-enabled tools to expedite process analysis, diagnostics, test planning, and documentation automation.

Incorporate pre-built AI features into workflows, such as automated exception detection and intelligent order classification. Leverage LLM assistance for faster incident resolution. Ensure solutions adhere to organizational SDLC practices, audit controls, and compliance requirements.

A strong foundation in SAP SD is essential, including a deep understanding of O2C processes such as order creation, ATP, shipping, and billing. Experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations, as well as knowledge of master data, IDocs, and common SD troubleshooting steps, is required.

Demonstrate hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing or analysis. The ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SAP SD workflows is key. A continuous learning mindset and comfort using AI augmented productivity tools are highly valued.

This role requires a 15-year full-time education and is based in Hyderabad. Strong analytical skills, the ability to translate business needs into SAP SD configurations, and effective communication with cross-functional stakeholders are critical for success.
