This is a full-time, on-site position requiring 2-5 years of experience. We are looking for professionals skilled in Java Full Stack Development.

Lead the design and delivery of AI-driven solutions, integrating Generative and Agentic AI to tackle complex business challenges, automate processes, and embed intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact. Key responsibilities include hands-on coding and testing of application-heavy solutions, writing efficient code in Java Spring Boot or Python, and contributing to front-end development with React or Angular. You will partner with senior architects on designing scalable, cloud-native application architectures, build and maintain integrations using APIs and microservices, and develop applications across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Further responsibilities involve implementing practical AI features, collaborating with DevOps for containerized solutions and CI/CD pipelines using IaC tools, and ensuring applications meet performance and security standards. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical implementations and actively stay updated on full-stack development, cloud technologies, and AI advancements.

We seek a Mid-Level Application Architect / Senior Developer with 5-12 years of hands-on full-stack development experience, including at least 2 years in a lead developer or junior architect role. A strong command of Java Spring Boot and Python for backend development, coupled with hands-on experience in front-end frameworks like React or Angular, is essential. Basic exposure to AI/ML integration, practical experience with integration patterns and microservices, and familiarity with infrastructure tools like Docker and Kubernetes are required.

Demonstrated experience building and deploying solutions in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a must. Working knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and understanding of secure coding practices are also critical. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, clear communication abilities, and a willingness to learn are vital. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Azure Developer Associate certification is a plus.
