Seeking an AI-focused professional to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade solutions using Generative and Agentic AI frameworks. This role drives innovation and business transformation by creating scalable, high-performing custom software. As an Application Lead, you will be the primary contact for application design, build, and configuration.

Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery, applying GenAI and Agentic AI to complex business challenges and automating processes. Independently perform duties and become a Subject Matter Expert. Actively participate in team discussions, contribute to problem-solving, and facilitate knowledge sharing to enhance team capabilities. Monitor project progress and provide regular stakeholder updates.

A strong understanding of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks is essential. The role requires the ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives, ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value. Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse is mandatory. Experience with Data Building Tools is advantageous. A solid grasp of data modeling and ETL processes, along with familiarity with cloud-based data solutions and data governance standards, is expected. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse is required.
