Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer, focusing on developing sophisticated software solutions. You'll design, code, and refine components across various systems, leveraging modern frameworks and agile methodologies to create scalable, high-performance applications. This role is central to delivering tailored solutions that meet specific business requirements and enhance manufacturing execution systems (MES).

This position involves end-to-end ownership, from initial design through to deployment and ongoing support. You will adhere to ITIL service processes and collaborate closely with global, cross-functional teams. A key aspect of this role is ensuring the successful delivery and maintenance of MES applications and seamless integration with systems like SAP and industrial control units.

- Design, develop, and maintain robust MES solutions utilizing Apriso and SCADA platforms. - Implement critical integrations between MES, ERP systems (such as SAP), and shop floor control systems (PLCs/DCS). - Actively participate in code reviews, contribute to test case development, and conduct stress and performance testing. - Foster collaboration with offshore and nearshore teams, ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Propose innovative tools and methodologies to enhance knowledge transfer, streamline release management, and proactively prevent issues. - Support service continuity plans, guaranteeing non-disruptive deployments and migrations.

- Must possess strong proficiency in DELMIA Apriso (LES/MES/WMS), SCADA, PL/SQL, JavaScript, C#, HTML, and CSS. - Demonstrate hands-on experience with Apriso modules and responsive UI framework conversions. - Expertise in database development (Oracle, PostgreSQL), JIRA, and version control tools is essential. - Possess a deep understanding of OPC UA/DA, communication protocols, and PLC integration. - Proven experience with end-to-end MES implementations and ERP integrations. - Familiarity with ITIL-based Application Management Services (AMS) operations and service governance practices. - Prior work experience within manufacturing execution systems, particularly in automotive or industrial sectors. - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in MES, manufacturing IT systems, or industrial automation. - Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and team collaboration skills. - A 15-year full-time education is mandatory. Flexibility to support global time zones and participate in potential on-site workshops is also required.
