Join our dynamic team as a Custom Software Engineer specializing in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). This role involves designing, coding, and enhancing system components to deliver scalable, high-performing custom software solutions.

Leverage modern frameworks and agile methodologies to craft tailored solutions that meet specific business needs. You will play a key role in developing and optimizing SAP SD processes, integrating AI-assisted development tools to boost efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.

Focus on delivering robust Order to Cash (O2C) solutions, incorporating pre-built AI services where beneficial. This position emphasizes enhancing productivity through AI-enabled assistance rather than deep AI model development.

Configure and optimize SAP SD modules, including order management, pricing, delivery, billing, credit management, and returns.

Utilize AI copilots to streamline functional specification drafting, validate pricing logic, automate test case generation, and accelerate documentation.

Support end-to-end SAP implementation cycles, from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Integrate SAP SD with other modules (MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM) and external systems using standard APIs and middleware.

Apply AI-enabled tools for process analysis, pricing diagnostics, impact analysis, test planning, and documentation automation.

Incorporate pre-built AI features into SD workflows for automated exception detection, intelligent order classification, and smart issue summarization.

Employ LLM-assisted troubleshooting to reduce incident resolution times.

Ensure solutions comply with organizational SDLC practices, audit controls, pricing governance, and compliance requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, finance, supply chain, master data, and technical teams for end-to-end O2C alignment.

Contribute reusable templates, test packs, and best practices enhanced by AI-assisted accelerators.

Possess a strong understanding of O2C processes, including order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, credit checks, and pricing procedures.

Demonstrate experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations, understanding cross-module dependencies.

Have knowledge of master data (customer, material, pricing, credit), IDocs, outputs, and common SD troubleshooting steps.

Show hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing/analysis.

Be able to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SAP SD process flows.

Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills within O2C scenarios.

Exhibit the ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP SD configurations.

Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential for working with cross-functional stakeholders.
