This role focuses on developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance system components. Utilizing modern frameworks and agile methodologies, you will deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

The position involves designing, configuring, and enhancing SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting capabilities. You will leverage AI-assisted development tools and copilots to expedite financial process analysis, configuration, documentation, testing, and troubleshooting. The emphasis is on integration, quality delivery, and AI-driven productivity.

Configure and enhance core SAP FI components such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and Financial Closing. Translate business requirements into scalable SAP configurations using AI copilots for accelerated analysis and documentation. Support end-to-end delivery encompassing requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare. Integrate SAP FI with other SAP modules (MM, SD, CO, AA) and external systems via standard integration patterns or APIs. Utilize AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating configurations, generating test scripts, performing impact analysis, and creating documentation. Apply pre-built AI services, like anomaly detection and forecasting, to improve finance processes. Employ AI tools for financial data interpretation, error diagnosis, and faster issue resolution. Ensure adherence to SDLC, audit controls, finance governance, data accuracy, and system performance standards. Conduct workshops, solution walkthroughs, testing cycles, and troubleshooting sessions with AI-enhanced insights. Collaborate effectively with finance users, functional teams, technical teams, and cross-module stakeholders to ensure cohesive, high-quality solutions. Contribute to reusable templates, checklists, documentation patterns, and best practices for AI-assisted development.

A strong understanding of SAP FI S/4HANA processes is essential, including Universal Journal, Financial Closing & Reporting, AP/AR Processing, Asset Accounting, Banking & Cash Management, and Taxation. Experience integrating FI with CO, MM, and SD modules is required. Hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-based assistants, automated documentation, and AI-driven testing tools is necessary. Possess a fundamental understanding of AI concepts, its limitations, responsible AI usage, and the practical application of pre-built AI services (not model training, RAG, or agentic development). Demonstrate the ability to use AI for analysis, validation, test generation, workflow optimization, and issue resolution. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills in finance processes and data. Possess clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams. Ability to translate business requirements into well-structured SAP finance solutions. A continuous learning mindset with comfort in adopting AI-enabled workflows is key. A minimum of 3 years of experience is mandatory. A full-time education spanning 15 years is required.
