Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer, focusing on enhancing SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) processes. This role leverages AI-assisted development tools and copilots to streamline requirement analysis, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.

We are seeking an individual to deliver efficient Order to Cash (O2C) solutions. The position involves integrating pre-built AI services and improving productivity through AI assistance, rather than deep AI model development.

This is a full-time, onsite opportunity for experienced professionals looking to make an impact in a dynamic tech environment.

Configure and optimize SAP SD components including Order Management, Pricing, Discounts, Delivery, Billing, and Credit Management. Utilize AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating pricing logic, and automating test case generation.

Support end-to-end implementation cycles, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support. Integrate SD with other modules like MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and external systems.

Apply AI-enabled tools to accelerate process analysis, pricing diagnostics, impact analysis, and test planning. Incorporate pre-built AI features for automated exception detection and intelligent order classification. Employ LLM-assisted troubleshooting to reduce incident resolution times.

A strong understanding of SAP SD processes and O2C flows, including order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, and credit checks, is essential. Experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations, along with knowledge of master data and common SD troubleshooting steps, is required.

We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience using AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing/analysis. The ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SD process flows and an understanding of responsible AI usage are key.

Candidates should possess robust analytical and problem-solving skills in O2C scenarios, the ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP SD configurations, and effective communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
