As a Custom Software Engineer, you will spearhead the design, development, and configuration of applications, serving as the central point of contact. Your role will involve close collaboration with diverse teams to ensure applications align with project specifications and quality benchmarks.

This position requires active participation in discussions to grasp project needs, offer valuable insights, and guide the development lifecycle. You will ensure the team maintains focus on project objectives and deadlines, while also addressing and resolving technical challenges to optimize application performance and user satisfaction.

You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborating with and managing the team to achieve performance goals. This includes taking responsibility for team decisions and engaging with multiple stakeholders to contribute to key strategic choices.

You will provide solutions to complex problems for your immediate team and across different departments. Facilitating knowledge sharing sessions is crucial to elevate the team's collective expertise. Continuous monitoring of project progress is essential to guarantee adherence to timelines and maintain high-quality standards.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is mandatory. Proficiency in SAP UI5 Development is a primary requirement.

Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices, coupled with experience integrating SAP modules and third-party applications, is necessary. The ability to analyze and optimize business processes within SAP, along with familiarity with SAP reporting tools and techniques, is also important.

This role necessitates a 15-year full-time educational background. Note: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting, and this position is based in our Hyderabad office.
