As a Custom Software Engineer, you will independently develop solutions and become a subject matter expert (SME). Your responsibilities include active participation in team discussions, contributing to problem-solving, and translating business needs into technical requirements through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will maintain and enhance existing software components for optimal performance and reliability, meticulously documenting development processes. Additionally, you'll mentor junior team members, providing guidance and fostering their professional development.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM), specifically with EDMCS configuration and implementation for master data and governance. Experience in designing data models, hierarchies, and applications, coupled with full-cycle implementation is essential.

Proficiency in integrating with EPBCS, FCCS, Fusion, and custom applications is required. You should be adept at developing automation solutions using REST APIs, Python, or Jython, and possess a strong understanding of data validation, governance policies, and audit controls. Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and robust problem-solving skills are expected. A full-time education spanning 15 years is a prerequisite for this role.
