- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in custom software engineering, with a strong focus on Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud. - Proven expertise in designing, coding, and enhancing system components using modern frameworks and agile practices. - Experience with the Salesforce Omnistudio Platform is a valuable asset. - Solid understanding of application design principles and software configuration techniques. - Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently. - Familiarity with integration methods and tools for connecting applications. - Experience in optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability is expected. - A 15-year full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
