Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer focused on Packaged Application Development. This full-time role offers a chance to design, build, and configure applications that meet critical business process and application requirements. We are seeking an individual with 2-5 years of experience, particularly skilled in SAP Project System (PS) and Generative AI.

This position emphasizes leveraging AI-assisted development tools and copilots to enhance efficiency in requirement analysis, configuration, planning, testing, documentation, and issue resolution. The focus is on delivering robust project planning, budgeting, execution, and cost control functionalities. Integration with pre-built AI services is key to improving accuracy and productivity, without requiring direct LLM training or complex AI system development.

Configure and support core SAP PS functionalities, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Networks, Activities, Project Planning (Dates, Resources, Costs), Budgeting, Availability Control, Cost Management, and Progress Tracking.

Utilize AI copilots to accelerate tasks such as documentation creation, configuration validation, planning object checks, and test case generation for various PS modules. You will lead end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering through to hypercare.

Apply AI copilots for requirement summarization, project scope analysis, generating WBS structures, and performing impact analysis on schedule and cost changes. Leverage pre-built AI services for enhanced PS workflows, including predictive risk analysis and automated performance summaries.

Ensure strict adherence to project governance, budget controls, and financial compliance policies. Collaborate with project managers, finance controllers, and other cross-functional teams, contributing to reusable templates and AI-enhanced best practices.

A strong foundation in SAP PS is essential, with hands-on experience in WBS, network activities, cost planning, budgeting, progress analysis, settlements, and reporting. A solid understanding of PS FI/CO integration, commitments, cost flows, and procurement triggers is also required.
