Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer and contribute to developing innovative software solutions. You will be instrumental in designing, coding, and enhancing application components across various systems. Leveraging modern frameworks and agile methodologies, you'll deliver scalable, high-performance solutions tailored to unique business requirements.

Develop advanced automation frameworks and reusable components for complex environments. Automate processes across infrastructure and observability stacks. Ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of all automation initiatives. Collaborate closely with teams to achieve measurable outcomes and drive value realization through automation.

A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in software engineering is required, with at least 3 years of dedicated experience. Essential skills include proficiency in Python programming. Familiarity with Linux is advantageous.

We are looking for candidates with a strong foundation in GenAI, Agentic AI, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, Git, REST APIs, and fundamental Linux and networking concepts. Experience with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or Splunk, along with multi-cloud or hybrid exposure, is highly beneficial.

This role requires 15 years of full-time education. The position is based in our Bengaluru office, offering flexibility across infrastructure platforms and demanding strong analytical and communication skills.
