Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer and play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing software solutions. This position focuses on creating scalable, high-performing applications tailored to specific business needs, utilizing modern frameworks and agile methodologies.

Leverage AI-assisted development tools and copilots to streamline requirement analysis, coding, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting. The role emphasizes delivering efficient Order to Cash (O2C) solutions, integrating pre-built AI services, and boosting productivity through AI enablement, rather than deep AI model development.

Configure and optimize SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) components, including order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and credit management. Utilize AI copilots to accelerate the creation of functional specifications, validate pricing logic, and automate test case generation.

Support end-to-end implementation cycles from requirements gathering to post-go-live support. Integrate SD with other SAP modules (MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM) and external systems. Employ AI-enabled tools for process analysis, pricing diagnostics, impact analysis, and test planning.

Incorporate pre-built AI features into SD workflows for automated exception detection and intelligent order classification. Apply LLM-assisted troubleshooting to reduce incident resolution times. Ensure solutions adhere to organizational SDLC practices and compliance requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve O2C alignment.

A strong foundation in SAP SD expertise is essential, including a deep understanding of O2C processes from order creation to billing. Experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations, as well as master data management, IDocs, and common SD troubleshooting, is required.

Candidates should possess hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing and analysis. The ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into existing SD process flows is crucial. Familiarity with responsible AI usage and its limitations within commercial workflows is also important.

Demonstrate robust analytical and problem-solving skills in O2C scenarios. Effectively translate business requirements into scalable SAP SD configurations.
