Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer and take the lead in designing, building, and configuring cutting-edge applications. You will serve as the primary point of contact for these initiatives, collaborating closely with diverse teams to translate requirements into innovative software solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the seamless implementation of these applications, as well as in optimizing and troubleshooting existing systems.

As an independent performer, you are expected to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and actively contribute to team discussions. You will play a key role in providing effective solutions to work-related challenges, assisting in the creation of project documentation and user manuals. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members, guiding them on best practices to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.

This role demands a minimum of 3 years of experience, with a strong proficiency in SAP Monitoring & Tools. A solid understanding of application design and development methodologies is essential. Experience with system integration, data migration processes, and troubleshooting/performance tuning of applications is highly valued. Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies will be a significant asset. A foundational 15 years of full-time education is required for this position.
