You will leverage modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions specifically tailored to meet diverse business needs. The position involves utilizing AI-assisted development tools to accelerate various aspects of the software development lifecycle.

Configure and support core SAP PP processes, including MRP, production orders, routings, work centers, BOMs, capacity planning, and costing integration. Enhance productivity by using AI copilots for functional specification creation, test case generation, and documentation automation. Support the full project lifecycle from requirements and design through to deployment and hypercare. Integrate SAP PP with other modules like MM, QM, SD, FI/CO, and shop floor systems, utilizing standard APIs and middleware.

Employ AI copilots for automated requirement summarization, MRP exception analysis, and faster defect isolation. Integrate pre-built AI services into production workflows for predictive insights and intelligent issue classification. Utilize LLM-assisted troubleshooting to efficiently resolve production planning challenges. Ensure compliance with governance, change controls, and data accuracy standards, and collaborate across teams to achieve end-to-end planning excellence. Develop reusable templates and AI-enabled best practices for SAP PP delivery.

A strong foundation in SAP PP is essential, with comprehensive knowledge of discrete manufacturing processes. This includes expertise in BOM/routing management, production order cycles, capacity planning, scheduling, and MRP. Experience integrating SAP PP with MM, QM, SD, and FI/CO is required, alongside familiarity with order confirmations and shop floor data capture.

An AI-ready mindset is crucial; you must be comfortable using AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted test accelerators. The ability to embed pre-built AI capabilities into production planning workflows is key, without requiring custom model building. General professional skills include strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, the capacity to translate manufacturing requirements into scalable SAP PP configurations, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
