Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer and play a vital role in developing innovative SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions. This position leverages cutting-edge AI-assisted development tools and copilots to streamline requirement analysis, configuration, testing, and documentation. You'll focus on delivering efficient Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, integrating pre-built AI services, and enhancing productivity through AI enablement, rather than deep AI model development.

Configure and optimize SAP SD components, including Order Management, Pricing, Delivery Processing, Billing, and Credit Management. Utilize AI copilots to accelerate the creation of functional specifications, validation of pricing logic, and generation of test cases. Support full implementation cycles from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and post-go-live support. Integrate SAP SD with other modules like MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and external systems using standard APIs and middleware. Apply AI-enabled tools to enhance process analysis, pricing diagnostics, impact analysis, test planning, and documentation automation. Incorporate pre-built AI features for automated exception detection, intelligent order classification, and smart summarization of issues. Employ LLM-assisted troubleshooting to reduce incident resolution times. Ensure solutions align with organizational SDLC practices, audit controls, and compliance requirements. Conduct workshops and optimization discussions, leveraging AI-supported insights. Collaborate with logistics, finance, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure seamless O2C alignment. Contribute reusable templates, test packs, and best practices enhanced by AI accelerators.

A strong foundation in SAP SD, including a deep understanding of O2C processes such as order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, credit checks, and pricing procedures. Proven experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations, recognizing cross-module dependencies. Familiarity with master data (customer, material, pricing, credit), IDocs, outputs, and common SD troubleshooting techniques. Hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing/analysis tools is essential. Ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SAP SD workflows. Understanding of responsible AI usage and its limitations in commercial environments. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills within O2C scenarios.
