Engage with project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Maintain and configure Kronos modules, including accruals and timekeeper functions. Support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing. Provide guidance to customers during system handover. Develop expertise in test automation and manual testing for the UKG platform. Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Apply analytical and problem-solving skills in a dynamic setting. Manage tasks efficiently with minimal supervision, building strong interpersonal relationships with colleagues and clients.

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the Pro WFM domain is essential. Proven experience with UKG Pro, including migration from WFC to Pro WFM, is mandatory. Proficiency in Navigator, Paragon Transfer Manager, and the Data Migration Tool is required. Hands-on experience with Desktop reports and creating custom reports using BIRT Report Studio, including computed columns, is necessary. Understanding of Data Hub architecture, data pipelines, and wrappers is crucial. Familiarity with validating reporting data in Data Hub and its security features is expected. The ability to design and implement reporting solutions, modify standard reports, and utilize the Data Dictionary is also required.
