As a Custom Software Engineer, anticipate becoming an independent contributor and subject matter expert. Your role involves active participation in team discussions and providing effective solutions to work-related challenges. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications from gathered requirements. Additionally, you'll maintain and improve existing software components for enhanced performance and reliability, while also mentoring junior team members on best practices.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience, specifically proficient in the SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool. Functional Test Planning is considered a valuable asset. A comprehensive 15 years of full-time education is a prerequisite for this role. Strong customer orientation, attention to detail, resilience under pressure, and excellent organizational skills are essential. Familiarity with Core HRIS processes, HR operations, and MS Office Suite (especially Excel) is beneficial. Experience with Workday, SAP, D Learn/Success Factors, ServiceNow, or QTest is a plus.
