Develop and enhance custom software solutions, focusing on SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. This role involves designing, coding, and improving components using modern frameworks and agile methodologies. The aim is to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions tailored to specific business needs, leveraging AI assisted development tools for accelerated financial process analysis, configuration, documentation, and troubleshooting.

The position emphasizes integration, quality delivery, and AI-enabled productivity. While deep model development or advanced LLM/RAG engineering is not required, a strong understanding of AI concepts and responsible usage is beneficial for practical application of pre-built AI services.

Configure and enhance core SAP FI components including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and Financial Closing. Translate business requirements into scalable SAP configurations, utilizing AI copilots to expedite analysis and documentation.

Support end-to-end delivery from requirements gathering to hypercare, integrating SAP FI with other SAP modules and external systems. Employ AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating configurations, generating test scripts, and performing impact analysis. Apply pre-built AI services for anomaly detection, forecasting, and intelligent validations to enhance finance processes. Utilize AI tools for financial data interpretation, error diagnosis, and faster issue resolution.

Ensure adherence to SDLC, audit controls, finance governance, data accuracy, and system performance standards. Conduct workshops, solution walkthroughs, testing cycles, and troubleshooting sessions augmented by AI insights. Collaborate effectively with finance users, functional teams, technical teams, and cross-module stakeholders to deliver aligned, high-quality solutions. Contribute to reusable templates, checklists, documentation patterns, and best practices for AI-assisted development.

Possess a strong understanding of SAP FI S/4HANA processes, including the Universal Journal, Financial Closing & Reporting, AP/AR Processing, Asset Accounting, Banking & Cash Management, and Taxation and compliance. Experience integrating FI with CO, MM, and SD is essential.

Demonstrate hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-based assistants, automated documentation tools, and AI-driven testing. Maintain a practical understanding of AI concepts, limitations, and responsible AI usage. Apply pre-built AI services for analysis, validation, test generation, workflow optimization, and issue resolution, rather than engaging in model training or RAG development.

Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities concerning finance processes and data. Possess clear communication and collaboration skills for effective interaction with business and technical teams. Ability to translate business requirements into well-structured SAP finance solutions is key. A continuous learning mindset and comfort with adopting AI-enabled workflows are highly valued. A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, with a preference for candidates with 2-5 years.
