This role focuses on developing bespoke software solutions, encompassing the design, coding, and enhancement of system components. Utilizing modern frameworks and agile methodologies, the goal is to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions precisely aligned with distinct business requirements. The position involves end-to-end creation of Copilot Studio agents, integrating various elements like topics, knowledge sources, and generative answers, while expanding capabilities through Power Automate and Azure AI Foundry.

Key responsibilities include designing and building Copilot Studio agents, focusing on topics, trigger phrases, entities, and conversational flows. You will configure generative orchestration, knowledge sources, and generative answers for accurate responses. Building and maintaining Power Automate flows to integrate with Copilot Studio agents and backend systems is also crucial. Experience with MCP Server tool/plugin connections for enhanced agent capabilities and configuring agent publishing across various channels is expected. Tuning agent behavior, using Azure AI Foundry for advanced models, and conducting unit-level testing are essential. Applying responsible AI practices, collaborating with the team on design and security, and participating in reviews are also part of the role.

A strong foundation in development is required, with significant hands-on expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, generative orchestration, knowledge sources, publishing, and ALM. Familiarity with Power Automate for automation and integration is essential. Experience in configuring MCP Server/tool connections is necessary. Working knowledge of Azure AI Foundry for model selection, prompt engineering, and grounding patterns is a plus. Understanding of responsible AI principles and bias/safety validation practices is important. Agile delivery experience, strong debugging, and conversational-flow troubleshooting skills are highly preferred.
