Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer, focusing on SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). This role involves developing and enhancing custom software solutions within SAP SD, utilizing modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable, high-performance applications tailored to business requirements.

You will leverage AI-assisted development tools and copilots to streamline various aspects of the SAP SD lifecycle, including requirement analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting. The primary objective is to deliver efficient Order to Cash (O2C) solutions, integrate pre-built AI services, and boost productivity through AI-enabled assistance rather than focusing on deep AI model development.

Configure and optimize SAP SD components, including order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and credit management. Utilize AI copilots to generate functional specifications, validate pricing logic, automate test cases, and expedite documentation creation. Support end-to-end implementation cycles, from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and post-go-live support. Integrate SAP SD with other modules like MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and external systems. Apply AI-enabled tools to accelerate process analysis, pricing issue diagnostics, impact analysis, test planning, and documentation automation. Incorporate pre-built AI features into SAP SD workflows for tasks like exception detection and intelligent order prioritization. Employ LLM-assisted troubleshooting to reduce incident resolution times. Ensure adherence to organizational SDLC practices, audit controls, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, finance, and supply chain, to ensure end-to-end O2C alignment.

Possess strong SAP SD expertise with a deep understanding of O2C processes, including order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, and credit checks. Demonstrate experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations and cross-module dependencies. Familiarity with master data, IDocs, outputs, and common SD troubleshooting steps is essential. Gain hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing/analysis tools. Understand how to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SAP SD process flows, focusing on responsible AI usage and its limitations in commercial workflows. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in O2C scenarios. Translate business requirements into scalable SAP SD configurations effectively. Communicate and collaborate efficiently with cross-functional stakeholders. A continuous learning mindset and comfort with AI-augmented productivity tools are highly valued.
