As a key contributor, you will be expected to perform independently and evolve into a subject matter expert. You will also support the documentation of application processes and workflows, while continuously engaging in learning to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 3 years of experience in application development. Essential technical proficiency includes Genesys Cloud CX, a strong understanding of application development methodologies, and experience with cloud-based application deployment. You should possess excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Experience with application integration and process documentation is considered a plus, as is a Genesys Cloud Architect Certification.
