Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer focused on Packaged Application Development. This full-time role involves designing, coding, and enhancing system components using modern frameworks and agile methodologies.

The role emphasizes leveraging AI-assisted development tools to accelerate tasks such as requirement analysis, configuration, testing, and documentation, ensuring efficient delivery of tailored software solutions.

Configure and optimize SAP Materials Management (MM) processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), purchase requisitions, vendor management, and inventory control. Utilize AI copilots to generate functional specifications, validate configurations, and create comprehensive test cases. Support the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and hypercare. Integrate MM modules with other SAP systems (SD, FI, PP, QM) and external platforms using standard APIs and middleware. Apply AI tools to accelerate requirement interpretation, data validation, error diagnostics, and test creation. Enhance MM operations through pre-built AI services for tasks like automated material classification and predictive signaling. Troubleshoot incidents efficiently using LLM-assisted tools. Ensure compliance with procurement governance and operational controls, collaborating with various business and technical teams. Contribute reusable templates and AI-augmented best practices for MM configuration and testing.

Possess strong SAP MM expertise, including a deep understanding of P2P processes, purchasing document flows, vendor evaluation, and inventory management. Demonstrate experience configuring material master, vendor master, PO/PR processing, goods movements, and release strategies. Familiarity with integrating SAP MM with SD, FI, PP, and QM modules is essential. Show hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-powered documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing accelerators. Have the ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into MM workflows for automation and insight generation. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills in procurement and material management scenarios. Possess clear communication and collaboration skills, with a continuous learning mindset for adopting AI-enabled tools.
