Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer focused on Packaged Application Development. This full-time role involves developing and enhancing custom software solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices to meet specific business needs.

You will leverage AI-assisted development tools and copilots to accelerate various stages of the project lifecycle, from requirement analysis to troubleshooting. The primary focus is on delivering seamless customer engagement and sales automation capabilities, integrating pre-built AI services where beneficial to boost efficiency.

Key responsibilities include configuring and optimizing SAP CRM Sales functions such as opportunity and pipeline management, lead management, and quotation management. You will utilize AI copilots to generate functional specifications, validate configuration logic, automate test case creation, and streamline documentation. The role also involves conducting end-to-end CRM delivery, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.

Furthermore, you will apply AI copilots for requirement summarization, impact analysis, and automated documentation. The position requires integrating pre-built AI capabilities to enrich CRM processes, such as lead scoring and automated summarization of customer interactions, and utilizing LLM-assisted troubleshooting to resolve defects efficiently.

We require a minimum of 3 years of experience with a strong focus on SAP CRM Sales functionalities. Candidates should possess hands-on experience with opportunities, leads, quotations, pricing, and partner processing. Familiarity with CRM middleware, BDOC flows, and integration with ERP for pricing and order processing is essential.

AI-ready skills are crucial, including experience with AI copilots and AI-assisted test or configuration validation tools. The ability to adopt and embed pre-built AI services into CRM workflows is necessary, along with an understanding of responsible AI practices and data privacy. Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are expected, alongside a continuous learning mindset and comfort working with AI-supported tools.
