As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be expected to operate independently and develop into a subject matter expert (SME).

You will actively participate and contribute in team discussions, offering solutions to complex work-related problems.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into robust technical solutions, continuously evaluating and improving software components for optimal performance and maintainability, and mentoring junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices. To excel in this role, a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform is essential.

Proficiency in developing and optimizing data pipelines and workflows within cloud-based environments is required.

Additional desirable skills include experience with Data Warehouse ETL testing, a strong understanding of distributed computing concepts, big data processing techniques, and the ability to efficiently work with large datasets. Familiarity with scripting and automation for CI/CD processes will also be beneficial.
