Budget management for projects and direct scrum master experience, each for at least 3 years, are essential. Experience working with ITIL and ITSM frameworks, along with integrating cross-functional technology and business solutions, for at least 3 years each, is also necessary. Strong communication skills, the ability to work as an individual contributor, and proficiency in identifying issues and developing effective solutions are mandatory professional attributes.
