Drive the technical direction of market-leading software products by joining our team. You will be instrumental in developing our Returns product suite, incorporating advanced AI capabilities.

This role is ideal for individuals with comprehensive full-stack expertise spanning development, design, testing, and operations. Experience with scalable Cloud Native SaaS solutions is highly valued, and platform experience would be an added advantage.

Provide technical leadership by adopting best engineering practices in architecture and technology selection. Mentor junior engineers, guide architectural discussions, and identify necessary design patterns.

Execute the integration of AI across our product suite, including Generative AI, NLP, and predictive analytics.

Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using modern object-oriented languages. Create automated test scenarios and execute them.

Collaborate effectively within global, cross-functional teams. Utilize code reviews to ensure high code quality and to provide mentorship opportunities.

Champion continuous improvement by driving engineering excellence and implementing feedback loops to enhance system reliability and team productivity.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Candidates should possess experience in object-oriented/modern languages such as C#, Java, or Go, along with a solid understanding of software design patterns.

Proficiency in RESTful API design, development, and database technologies (RDBMS, NoSQL) is essential. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform) is expected.

Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures like Kafka or SNS/SQS is beneficial. Familiarity with AI/ML initiatives or AI technology certifications is a significant plus.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this role.
